Synapse Ninety is a software emulation of a legendary 1970s phaser. What makes this phaser unique is the feedback path, which gives the sound a very distinctive character, unlike any other analog phaser. Our emulation employs a zero-delay feedback network, a technique popularized by recent synthesizers, and particularly well suited to emulate analog feedback loops.

The Synapse GQ-7 rack extension is designed as a professional mixing and mastering equalizer, offering five bands with high-quality parametric and shelving EQs, plus two additional low- and high cut filters. Fat Space is a completely novel type of reverb never seen before. With a largely customizable reverb envelope and introducing a new technology we call Liquid Convolution, Fat Space produces a thick sound like no other reverb does and excels both at real room modelling and unreal spaces alike. With its novel technology, Fat Space is free of reverb artifacts and thus works on a wide range of sounds.

Inspired by a high-end 1980s outboard reverb, the Synapse Deep Reverb DR-1 delivers a deep, lush sound not found in modern software reverbs. Rather than trying to imitate real spaces, the DR-1 gives an uncolored and pleasant reverb sound that is especially well suited for synthetic material and lead sounds.

The DC-2 dual chorus offers a warm, sweeping stereo chorus effect based on a two-stage design with well-matched delay times. Sound parameters include the delay time, modulation rate, depth and a bipolar feedback control. The delay time, modulation rate and feedback parameters can be controlled via CV Inputs on the backside.

The Synapse AP-12 is a very musical sounding 6/12 stage phaser effect emulating vintage analog hardware. The Synapse AP-12 emulates vintage analog phasers, which are composed of a series of phase shifting stages with a feedback path wrapped around them. The phase shifting stages (switchable between 6 and 12 stages) are modulated by a LFO, which can be synchronized to the current song tempo. In contrast to most hardware phasers, the AP-12 employs a stereo signal path, allowing the LFO to use different phases on the left and right channel, and thus creating a nice stereo effect. Furthermore, the feedback can be set to both positive and negative amounts, each resulting a in different timbre.

The AF-4 is a virtual-analog lowpass filter module, based on the well-known transistor ladder design. In order to obtain highest quality, this lowpass filter employs a topology-preserving, zero-delay feedback network with 4x oversampling, yielding results comparable to industrial circuit simulator.

The Gem MODULA includes three of the most iconic modulation units in a single plugin. In addition to offering the most faithful emulation available today, it allows to extend the original tone capabilities by adding many features not available on the analog units.
