Over the course of 2020, I kept hearing people question whether or not NYC was "dead." With this sample pack, I set out to demonstrate just how alive the city still is and always will be. By combining the natural sounds of traffic, trains, and people, with the vibrations and frequencies of items found all over the streets of Greenpoint, Brooklyn and other areas of NYC, this pack puts the aliveness of the city into your ears.

Bedroom Beats & Lofi Hip-Hop Vol. 3 brings us full circle, back to homegrown hip-hop instrumentals and soulful sampling. The third and final instalment in a trilogy that has helped define the lofi sound, created in collaboration with artist and beatmaker Marc aka misc.inc.

Produced by Pape Armand Boye at La Boutique Studios in Dakar, this pack brings together some of the top African reggae players to showcase the Senegalese spin on the genre. Processed through Roland Space Echos and other classic boxes, this pack gets close to the classic ‘80s sound of African reggae artists like Alpha Blondy, Lucky Dube, and Soul Raiders.
