NEBULAE is a deep-sampling based virtual polyphonic synth for Kontakt by Native instruments. Through a selector knob you can choose from thirty presets. The Formant effect is controlled by an LFO, then you can handle its rate by the first knob.

Elektra is an imaginary/designed electric piano from the fifties. Quite far from Rhodes and Wurlitzer sound, it comes with a smokey and dreamy sound all over its 88 keys. Its engine is based on a FM piano made by me with Reaktor 5 some years ago.

Phoenix is a powerful tool for creating string and choir sustains with movement and character. The samples are from synthetic and granulised sources, yet they are rich and organic sounding. The presets vary from realistic strings and choirs to sci-fi beeps and pads. This versatility is due to some unique scripting, such as the LFO engine; which lets you draw your own waveforms and actually see the modulation happen on the controls.

Cassette Keys.02, a successor of Cassette Keys.01, wasn't created to replace it, but rather to make things different, bigger, and to make use of the new .02 interface. In fact, both of those instruments complement each other very well. Cassette Keys.02 contains two instruments, both inspired by classic FM keys from the 80s, but expanded with other synthesis techniques plus even a little sampling to achieve interesting transient sounds.

The main idea behind Texture Mozaik was to create an instrument inspired by the sound design techniques used by some of the film and experimental composers from between 50s to 70s.

It's a unique mixture of physical modelling and fm synths recorded on a cassette with an old & wonky cassette recorder. It has a range from C0 to E6 and 4 carefully designed velocity layers. The GUI is very simple, yet useful and almost synth-like, so it’s very easy and fun to work with. For example, it has editable “sample start” parameter (controlled with the GUI or Mod Wheel), so you could easily get rid of the initial transients while designing your sound. One of the main improvements of Cassette Piano.02 is a completely new set of samples of an (not so perfect) old upright piano recorded in a ballet training room (in both stereo and mono, with mics at the back of the piano) which resulted in surprisingly organic and tasty sound with all kinds of little imperfections. In order to make the best use of those recordings, and to further expand the sound capabilities of the instrument, four different decks were used to process the samples.
