Basic FX Suite is software consisting of VST3 Plug-ins of various effects and sound processing developed by Yamaha, some of which fully utilize modeling technology. The Basic FX Suite consists of three software components: Sweet Spot Morphing Channel Strip, REV-X, and Guitar Amp Classics. When you install the Basic FX Suite, the following three software programs will be installed.

FFX means "effect inside the effect" or "FX inside FX" or if you prefer "Plug-ins inside a Plug-in" As soon as 1999 VB-Audio brought a solution to handle several plug-ins in a basic patchbay called FFX16. The stratocaster is world renowned as one of the all time greats. It's a very versatile guitar and been used in music genres such as rock, country, pop and jazz to name just a few. If you don't own this guitar which 99.9% of us don't can a sampler VST emulate you playing a real guitar. Well East West have certainly attempted to give you the ability to get as close as is physically possible in the box. Whilst this is not my favourite guitar East West have to offer it's certainly a sound bank I will use if I need a strat in the session.
