Ted Mackenzie The Ultimate Drummer's Workout
Here's a revolutionary new way to improve your stick technique through the use of brushes. The secret is simple: since brushes don't bounce like sticks do, wrist control and grip have to be much more precise and controlled to achieve the same effect.
Using the "Wag the Brush" principles on this DVD, you'll soon acquire:•Proper turning of wrists
•A relaxed, stress-free grip
•Ability to control accents at will
•A bigger and better sound
•Speed, accuracy & attack
•Perfection in rudimental drumming!
You're instructor, Ted MacKenzie is a third generation drummer who studied with Henry Adler on the late 1960s. Over the past 30 years he has taught the Rich-Adler method to hundreds of students. In 2005 he revised Buddy Rich's Modern Interpretation of Snare Drum Rudiments, now a classic book in drum technique. He recently released a DVD version in which he reveals Rich-Adler technique as it was intended. Ted is currently teaching and performing in the capital region of Albany, New York.
