The overall effect is sonic déjà vu: direct, thick, and unmistakably rock and roll, without the clank that spoiled the fun.

As Intensity increases, Model N reorganizes the low end, tucking the fundamental just beneath its second harmonic. The result is warm, fat bass that speaks louder but eats up less space in the mix. Driven harder, it produces the unmistakable sound of an oddly specific percentage of the snares recorded during the early and mid-1970s
