The aroma for a Chinese sacred lily can be described as “sweet, but with a bit of spice.” The sacred lily is also called paperwhite, the namesake of dream-pop Brooklyn duo Paperwhite. Like the scent of the flower, Paperwhite brings a bit of sweet, a bit of spice to their sound - contrast the lovely, reverb heavy vocal performance of Katie Marshall to the hard-hitting, intricate production and drum programming of her brother Ben. A blend of ethereal sound design with an innate sense of pop songwriting and endearing melodies has resulted in tens of millions of Soundcloud and Spotify streams for the band, as well as multiple inclusions in Spotify’s coveted New Music Friday selections. Now, Paperwhite breaks down their sound into a new sample pack for Splice. Get inspired with over 100 vocal samples, professionally recorded with a huge range of variety - use their distinctive vocal chops as well as melodic phrases, riffs, and FX to your liking. If that wasn’t enough, grab their unique drum programming and percussion sounds to top your productions. With a bit of sweet and a bit of spice, introduce some dreaminess to your pop with Paperwhite’s indelible sample pack.

In his first ever sample pack, Morgan Page brings you 400+ samples and presets of synths and vocals - capturing the warmth and grit of analog synths but also the punch and snap of digital synths and complex wavetables from his custom Serum preset bank. Handcrafted from his personal collection including the Moog Voyager, Dave Smith Prophet 08, Dave Smith OB6, Buchla Easel, and Virus TI2 - these synths are processed with vintage tube gear and pushed to their max with overdrive and feedback to achieve new tones. One shots and melodic loops are provided for instant inspiration in a variety of genres. Go straight for 128 bpm, or opt for chunkier 100 bpm loops to get the juices flowing. 60 Serum presets are included - covering chords, leads, basses, and effects. Many of these work equally well in multiple octaves so multi-sample one-shots are also provided. Morgan even included his own vocals - great for adding texture, tone, and human feel to your productions. “Like all good sample packs - I wanted to make a collection that only offered samples I'd actually use. Rather than trying to rehash the same old 808s, fills, and FX risers - I wanted this pack to provide a focused resource of big synthesized sounds with impact. Expensive analog gear was pushed to its limits, achieving tones I didn't think was even possible. Even the drums are made with only synths. I'm especially proud of the Serum presets and I hope you'll find them essential to your productions. Enjoy and have fun!” - Morgan Page
