Echo Season Photonic

Photonic for Arturia Pigments is a handcrafted soundset by Synphaera artist and sound designer Echo Season. It features 50 custom presets forged with a meticulous attention to detail and designed with a combination of versatility and musicality in mind.

Paying homage to the range of sounds featured on Synphaera and Exosphere, the presets range from Ambient Space, Psybient, to Dub Techno and beyond. The set was designed to function as a complete toolkit that features a wide palette of sounds for building a complete track. Photonic contains bubbly arpeggios, lush ethereal pads, grainy atmospheres and evolving textures. Also featured are plenty of gentle plucks, vintage-tinged to futuristic leads, woofer shaking sub bass, and dusty dub techno chords stabs. Rounding out the set are useful transition effects that add ear-candy and drama, and finally several full drum loops make an appearance, lovingly crafted to provide a range of variations for many scenarios.

Each patch has velocity, modwheel, aftertouch and all four macros assigned. The macros in particular add huge variety, and experimentation with combinations of each are encouraged. All patches are volume balanced.
