I've always had this problem with the LFO device in ableton, which is that there's only one oscillator accessible from a single instance of the device. Meaning that if I wanted to modulate a parameter with a sine wave, another with a saw wave, and another with a random wave, I would've had to open three instances of LFO.

Here is the project file for my unreleased Diet Pepsi remix. This is definitely a more chill and melodic tune, but I think its still got some great gems to learn from. Hope this helps you understand how I layer/arrange, and feel free to save any of the samples or presets to your personal library.
