Built on the feedback I’ve gotten from the previous, this ones even bigger - including more samples, from my latest released and forthcoming records as well. These are processed exactly how I do in my own projects, ready to just drop into your tracks. The Vox Continental is probably the most famous of the 'new breed' of transistor organs which emerged in the early '60s.

Previously, organs were built around tone-wheel technology. This undoubtedly created a fantastic (classic) organ sound but made the instruments heavy and unwieldy (and expensive). With the advent of transistors, it was possible to create lightweight, portable organs.... in theory.

Several decades ago (1985 to be precise), a certain Japanese manufacturer released their JX8P which did ok. A year or so later, they brought out their JX10P quickly followed by the rack mount MKS70 'Super JX' MIDI module...

Cronk-O-Tron (as the name suggests) is a cheap and cheerful thing with a dark and crusty old tone. It’s made up of layers of stuff carefully blended to create a vintage/retro kind of strings/voice pad sound – lo-fi and wobbly.
