The Hand Tank Drum is the first Stormwave Audio’s Kontakt library featuring a very unique acoustic tuned percussion instrument with an other-worldly tone! We tirelessly played the instrument with different articulations and dynamics to bring the range of the instrument in its full scope into your projects. Each note has been carefully recorded with varying strength using fingers and soft mallets.

Atmosia is a unique take on producing drone sounds, using our 4-voice Recoil playback engine. Atmosia includes a set of 50 custom designed drone sources created to provide long-evolving textural soundscapes. The sounds are carefully structured to allow them to be used in a melodic context – they are much more than normal one-note drone loops.

We are proud to present MOJO 2: Horn Section, our biggest and most advanced instrument to date! After the release of the hugely successful MOJO: Horn Section, we knew its sequel had to build upon the already advanced sampling and playability of the first volume. We went back to the drawing board, fully redesigned the instrument, and recorded all brand new samples. MOJO 2 delivers the most flexible and innovative approach to Pop, Funk, Jazz, and Big Band horns ever created in a virtual instrument with an incredibly simple but feature-packed interface. EPIK4 Kontakt edition is a sample library based on the sounds of KAWAI K4 synthesizer from the late 80s. The KAWAI K4 was released in 1989 as a competitor of Roland D-50. In this point of view, EPIK4 can be considered as a sister of DEEPFLIGHT, but while the Roland D-50 has a warm analogue character, the K4's digital filter gives you fuzzy but still warm sounds.

Recreated sound of Burning Pianos with strings artifacts. Perfect for cinematic music. In September 2012 we recorded six detuned pianos, then destroyed them with a crossbow, bow, ax and fire, resulting in an incredibly cinematic sound. As a result – integration of these impulses gives a special touch to the overall sound.

Guzheng is the 5th installment in our acclaimed Plectra Series, which explores plucked stringed instruments from around the world. Also known as the Chinese zither, the guzheng is an ancient instrument comprised of 21 strings stretched over a long, decorative wooden body with movable bridges for tuning.
