These samples were composed & recorded in the middle of the night with inspiration from vintage horror & sci-fi movies. Each Sample is 1-2 minutes long in order to provide producers with tons of material to choose from, over 45 minutes in total!

Equipped with just a Shure MOTIV MV88 microphone attached to his iPhone, Charles explores and captures the sounds surrounding him. From dumpsters in alleyways, trains on a track, or even a bowl of cereal being poured, Charles finds music in every moment.

He twists and turns these everyday sounds by manipulating them into something unique and exciting that you will find yourself wanting to use in your own productions.

“Organic” is one of the words J.Views uses to describe his new sample pack to us. Although “organic” adequately describes the range of foley he included (from stomps made from ice, snares made from cabbage, to soundscapes of crunching leaves) “organic” perhaps better represents his approach towards digital music.

This sample pack is the culmination of all my learnings and take-aways from creating volumes 1-4. Based on tons of feedback from producers, users and my own growth as a sound designer, KRANE SAMPLES VOL. 5 represents a massive step up.

They are also based largely on the sounds created and designed for my debut album FALLOUT as well. Each is created and processed just as they appear in my tracks. This dark experimental hip hop themed pack features an eclectic assortment of samples that sound as if they could have been recorded while exploring the terrain of a distant planet.

Twisted and morphed samples, stabby synths and vintage digital instruments come together with rich textures that are ready to be used in a variety of genres including: Hip Hop, Trap and Dubstep to name a few.

Producers always underestimate the importance of FX in a song.

The right FX will turn a stale arrangement into an exciting adventure. Without them, you are left with a bunch of parts that don’t connect and have no flow or energy.

Adding FX also happens to be a part of producing that is a PAIN IN THE BUTT!

The “Just Stones” sound effects library brings you a huge amount of sounds created with stones. Ranging from impacts, shatters and rolling stones to scrapes, slides, water hits and tickling fine derbis.

All sorted in sub folders and with embedded metadata.
All sounds were recorded with Sennheiser MKH8050 + MKH30 mix setup in 24Bit and 192kHz, cleaned, edited and downmixed to stereo. Since many of the sounds are quite mono-ish you can download the complete library also as mono files from only the MKH8050 mic.
