Harnessing the bedroom pop ethos of making the most of what you have, multi-instrumentalist and sound designer Ben Bromley channeled his inner 1990s pre-teen. He sampled a late 1980s Yamaha PSS synth that used the Yamaha YM3812 chip (the first chip to make FM synthesis affordable to the masses) and built Serum presets with its wavetables.

Always being experimented and iterated on, always morphing into the next thing that's going to pave a path for Western pop genres to follow. Dub is no different. The subgenre grew out of reggae music in 1960s Jamaica, pioneered by King Tubby, Ruddock, Lee Scratch Perry, and Errol Thompson.
